Hi class today I wanted to give my opinion about the modern entertainment.it is incredible how most of the famous singers of the new generation play crazy roles in theirs videos,acting strange and composing incoherents lyrics.Their motive is to grab our attention using all those exotic techniques.They are be able to play any role just to get impress you. Some of favorites singers for teenagers are Rihanna,pink,and the most famous in this moment is LADY GAGA.One of the lady gaga's videos that really impressed me was ''telephone''a featuring with Beyonce.Where they play the role of murders.In this video Lady gaga and Beyonce go to kill many people in a restaurant using poison.I think it was a really strange video and their clothing were very exotic.I encourage you to get impressed by this video,you can go to search for it on line in you tube''lady gaga and beyonce telephone.

Class today just I wanted to give my opinion about the movie we watched "Catch me if you can". I think it was a relly interesting movie.One of the best I've seen in my life because is amazing how smart Frank is.I never imagine there were people like him I thought the successful con men were just at the movies but it was based in a real story.The thing I most liked of the movie was the end of the movie when Frank did not ecape the last time and he came back to work with Carl.Class but the internet fraund is more common than the check fraud,the internet fraud was compromising 44.9 while the check fraud was just 4.9 percent.

MICHAEL JACKSON'S DANCERS

HI CLASS!!HOW MOST OF WE KNOW ALREADY MICHAEL JACKSON HAD A SPECTACULAR PROJECT COMING BEFORE HIS UNEXPECTED AND UNFORTUNATE DEATH.THE PROJECT IS CALLED "THIS IS IT'.I CHOSE THIS TOPIC TO TALK ABOUT TODAY BECAUSE I WANTED YOU TO KNOW THAT BEHIND THE AMAZING MICHAEL'S TALENT THERE WERE ALSO A TALENTED CREW.ALMOST NO ONE HAVE REALIZED OF THE FANTASTIC DANCERS MICHAEL CHOSE TO PERFORMANCE IN HIS SHOW BECAUSE ONLY THE BEST DANCERS WERE SELECTED.MOST OF THEM HAVE DANCED IN THE MOST IMPORTANT SHOWS AN EVENTS IN THE UNITED STATES WHICH ARE (LAS VEGAS' SHOW,AND THE GRAMMY'S,THE AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS,ALSO IN THE SUPER BOWL.THE OTHERS WERE CHOREOGRAFERS WHO STARTED DANCING SOON AFTER THEY WERE WALKING.IN THE TRACK I WATCHED APPEARED ALL THOSE EXCITED DANCERS.TELLIN US THAT DANCING WITH MICHAEL JACKSON WAS BEYOND OF A DREAM COME TRUE.ONE OF THEM WAS CRYING SAYING THAT MICHAEL JACKSON INSPIRED HIM COMPLETELY AND MICHAEL WAS EVERYTHING TO HIM.EACHONE OF THE DANCERS WERE VERY THANKFUL BECAUSE OF THE OPPORTUNITY OF BEING IN STAGE DANCING WITH MICHAEL.MY POINT IS THAT JUST REALLY TALENTED PEOPLE WERE PICKED UP TO BEING IN THIS SHOW AND I CANNOT IMAGEN THE FABULOUS SHOW IT WOULD HAVE BEEN!!

IS THE WOMAN A BENEFACTRESS OF OUR MODERN SOCIETY?

I THINK THE WOMAN IS COMPLETELY BENEFACTRESS OF OUR MODERN SOCIETY BECAUSE TODAY WOMEN ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO THE WORLD PROGRESS AND IN THE WAY WOMEN HELP THE SOCIETY IN THAT SAME WAY WOMEN GET MANY BENEFITS AS WELL .MANY YEARS AGO WOMEN DIDN'T HAVE ANY OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPE IN THE IMPORTANT ASPECTS IN THE REAL WORLD,MANY YEARS AGO WOMEN COULDN'T EVEN VOTE EITHER HAVE IMPORTANT JOBS AS DRS,MANANGERS,PRESIDENTS BECAUSE WE LIVED IN AN EGOISTICAL AND IGNORANT SOCIETY THAT DIDN'T KNOW ALL THE BENEFITS WOMEN COULD GIVE TO THE WORLD DEVELOPING . BUT NOWIT IS REALLY AMAZING HOW EVERY DAY THEY ARE GETTING IMPORTANTS JOBS IN (GOVERMENT, UNIVERSITIES,RUNING COMPANIES) ALL OVER THE WORLD ALL THIS MAKE WOMAN MORE RESPECTED FOR THE MODERN SOCIETY.

TODAY WOMEN DON'T HAVE TO STAY AT HOME JUST COOKING AND CLEANING NOW WOMEN KEEP MORE BUSY STUDYING AND WORKING.SO THE HAUSE WORK HAS TO BE DIVIDED,YES... NOW THE HUSBAND MUST HELP HIS WIFE IN THE DIFFERENTS TASKS THAT IS A VERY GOOD BENEFIT.MANY YEARS AGO THE SOCIETY WAS VERY STRICT FOR WOMEN AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN LET THEM BE THEMSELVES AND JUST MEN COULD BE SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE AND WOMEN ONLY COULD BE PRETTY GOOD FOR THE HOUSEWORK.

HTWO YEARS AGO

Hi class!!I wanted to tell you that today is a very excited day for me ,today is a day that makes me realize of many things.I came to united states 2 years ago today . completely afraid,I had many questions and fears in my mind.It is wonderful when life has things already prepares for you.For example,I couldn't imagine in march 6 of 2008 that in two years I was going to become a dentist't assistant,two years ago I couldn't imagine that two years after 2008 I would learn how to speak the basic English.That's what I'm trying to tell you that life always is chanching a lot for eachone person all over the world.Life is a steady progress that never stop and depends of you if you want all those changes make your life better ,and become a success person, or maybe just you want to be one more person inthe life with not expectatives,and goals.Please class I relly encourage you to ask yourself how in two years your life is going to be?,and what do you expect from the life?,and what are you doing righ now to make all your dreams come true.Please love your goals. passionate for them, give your best to get eachone of them and in two years or 4 or 5 or 6... your life will be much better.

AN ENJOYABLE ACTIVITY

Hi class! As I told you already in class, last weekend I went skating and I really had a good time.Today in my blog I want to be more specific this funny experience that I had.Iwent skating with my boyfriend and three more friends of mine.Last saturday was my first experience practicing it,I was so excited doing that and it wasn't too bad,I just fell down twice trying to catch my boyfriend.The name of the plece we went to is Freeport Recreation Center which is located in 130 E.Merrick Rd.Freeport NY.there are many interesting things over there.For example,they have indoor and outsite pool,gynasium,daving tank,ice rink ,and many seasonal programs.The ice rink is where you can practice skating, it has certains hours of operation,Thursday 4:00pm-6:00pm,Friday 7:45pm-9:30pm,Saturday 1:00pm-2:30pm and 8:00pm-9:45,and Sunday 1:30pm-3:00pm, and 3:15pm- 4:45pm.Practicing this activity is cheap it just costs 6.00$ for a freeport resident,and for a child 5.00$,for an adult non freeport resident it would cost 8.00$,and for a child 6.00$.Skating is a relly funny and enjoyable plan I encourage you to try this activity.

Hi class!The farewell to manzanar is the tittle of the book I am reading.It is a true story of one spirited Japanese American family's attempt to survive the indignities of forced detention,and of native-born American child who discovered what it was like to grow up behind barbed wire in the United States.Her name was Jeanne Wakatsuki she was seven years old in 1942 whe her family was uprooted from their home and sent tolive at Manzanar internment camp with ten thousand other Japanese Americans.My book wakes a wonderful human feeling,it is affectionate and sad.

My trip by Florida

Hi class! today I want to tell you about my trip by Florida.I have a part time working as baby sitter,last week my boss asked to go to watch his daugthers to Florida and of course I accepted.But let me tell you the trip was not as cool as I thought it would be because as you can see in the picture there were six girls that I had to watch for eight days twenty four hours.The girls each one of them are so cut and I love them but I still don't know whwt happened to them in this trip because they missed behavior,they did not listen to me,they were jelling at me all the time.Oh! class believe me it was a bad experience for me but despite those incoveniences i enjoyed a little but because the of the place that we went to was beautiful.The place is located on Islamorada is an incorporated village in Moroe, County, Florida approximately two hours driving time south of Miami and approximately 1.5 hours time north of key west.The hotel name was Islander resort.But I know that if we go class we will have a lot fun there let's go!!!!

English language is not a challenge for you!

Hi class! today I want to talk about a rong idea that most of the times is in our minds .That English is so difficult to learn that I would never speak English with fluency!.Those ideas appears just when one day through one bad experience we are not successful speaking English in the real world,at school or in your job.I know is easy to get frustrated when we want to express ourselves better and sometimes we cannot. I say that because I am talking from my own experience,sometimes I have wondered what's rong?why don't I have fluency?and believe me is a very sad feeling.But class let's be optimistics I don't want you to think that you cannot learn English accurately or to think that you are not smart,please do not think like that look all over you have learned so believe you are smart you can do it.Class it would simple if you want just you must understand that everything in life is a process and each of us must go through it to finally be able to rearch our goals.You can learn anything you want by studying hard and giving always the best from yourself. so class les't try our harder to improve our language skills! do not forget in life you can achieve whatever you want.

I LIKE SNOW

Hi class ! as you know already today we had not class but that's not why I like snow.Today I missed school so much I wish we had had school today.This morning I had to work I was the first person who arrived to the office that was why I had to shavel all the snow around the entrances.I know you are laughing about this but I really do like when it snows because snow makes the day different to every one. In my opinion when it snows everybody joins eachothers in all over New York people are doing the same thing working together to shavel the snow.Snow looks so nice on the street.but by other hand I feel so sorry about people who had had accidents or had gotten hurt by car crashes.I like snow also because it is onething new for me because where I came from Medellin-Colonbia we had not snow.Do you like snow ? why or why not?.

My happy birth day

HI CLASS TODAY I JUST WANT TO TALK ABOUT my happy birth day IT WAS YESTERDAY FEBRUARY 23TH.OH CLASS! I AM GETTING OLDER NOW I AM 19 YEARS OLD.I CELEBRATED MY HAPPY BIRTH DAY AT HOME I WAS WITH MY AUNT ,UNCLE,AND MY LOVED BOYFRIEND.WE HAD A GOOD TIME YESTERDAY BECAUSE AFTER WE HAD A DELICIOUS DINNER WE DANCED EACHOTHER , WE PLAYED JOCKES AROUND.DESPITE I MISSED MY FAMILY A LOT AND JUST 2 FRIENDS CALLED ME THANK GOD I HAD A GOOD TIME,I HAD SO MUCH FUN .IT IS A PITY THAT I DID NOT TAKE ANY PICTURE YESTERDAY BECAUSE WE HAD NOT CAMMERA.

A SUCCESSFUL BAKE SALE

Hi everybody!! today I want to say congratulations guys !!!our bake sale was a complete success.I am so proud of our good relationship as classmates I think we are a very united class.Each of you were very supportive in our bake sale.We had a really good time selling our food and coffee.But something funny happend to me that morning I thought I was the only person who was going to bring dunkin donuts to the bake sale.The funny surprise was that when I got to the class room I found that Roxy and Chung have brought donuts to the bake sale too. Then 5 minuts later when Carolina came to the class room we saw that she had brought 1 more dunkin donuts box too.Inmediately Roxy,Chung and I started laughing because there were too many donuts,and also each of us thought that was going to be the only person who was going to bring donuts to the bake sale that was so funny to me jajajajaja!!!!. THANK YOU EVERY ONE YOU DID A GREAT JOB IN OUR BAKE SALE.

Hi!! my class today I will tell you about the beautiful people from my country where I was born in.It is COLOMBIA.If you go to Colombia you are in risk to get fasinated for its beautiful places as well as you would fall inlove with colombians tender personality.The colombian people have a peculiar good way to treat eachother furtheremore they are lovely neighbors if you visit Colombia you would love colombians friendship,their wishes to be outstanding workers.They are also optimistic,supportive,and creative people.Colombians have a peculiar fluency to express their thoughts in funny ways must of colombians have a good sense of humor.In addition are its beautiful turistics places and its very comfortable springish weather that make Colombia a real paradise of dreams.

WHICH IS YOUR FAVORITE SPORT?

I really like exercising.I think exercising or practicing some sport should be an habit in our life.

My favorite sport is soccer.I enjoy practicing it so much.I like running around and looking for the ball.In colombia the country where I came from I used to play every day.In my town we had many soccer teams but there was something special.I was the only girl in the team.

I remember that many people asked me when I told them this history if I was crazy? they said I could have gotten hurt playing with boys.But eventhough the soccer is a phisical sport if you know how to protect yourself you won't get hurt easily.On the other hand the guys who I uesd to play with were very considerate and they never hurt me.

Do not forget one of the most important ways to keeping healthy yourself is exercising at least four days a week.

A COMMERCIAL THAT I LIKE

THE COMMERCIAL STARTS WITH A LITTLE BOY WHO SEEMS LIKE 9 YEARS OLD.THE COMMERCIAL SHOWS US HOW THE LITTLE BOY GOES TO BUY A DRINK FROM A DRINK MACHINE.IN THIS MACHINE WERE TWO KNOWN SODA PRODUCTS,PEPSI AND COKE-COLA,AND THERE WERE ALSO DIFFERENTS TYPES OF SODAS.SO FIRST THE LITTLE BOY BOUGHT ONE COKE BOTTLE AND PUT IT ON THE FLOOR.THEN HE PUSHED THE BUTTOM ONCE AGAIN TO BUY ONE MORE COKE BOTTLE AND HE PUT IT ON THE FLOOR TOO.AFTER THAT HE CLIMBED ON THE TWO COKE BOTTLES TO BE ABLE TO REACH THE PEPSI BOTTLE BECAUSE HE BWAS TOO LITTLE AND HE COULDN'T REACH THE PEPSI BUTTOM TO TAKE OUT THE PEPSI BOTTLE.IF HE DIDN'T CLIMB ON THE COKE BOTTLES,HE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO PUSH THE PEPSI BUTTOM BECAUSE IT WAS TOO HIGH FOR HIM.FINALLY HE BOUGHT WHAT HE WANTED WHICH WAS ALL THE TIME THE PEPSI BOTTLE AND AS SOON AS HE TOOK IT HE LEFT THE TWO COKE BOTTLES ON THE FLOOR AND HE WENT TO HIS HOUSE TO ENJOY HIS PEPSI BOTTLE.FUNNY WASN'T IT ? WHY DO PEOPLE LIKE TO DRINK? WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Hi class !! in my own opinion I do not like to drink at all because when you drink alcoholics drinks you migth get into many troubles and dangers because your judge gets poor and yours skills are not the same that when you are not drinking any alcoholic drink.For example,most people lose control at parties drinking alcohol and most of them beguin with just a cup then one more and then a friend ask you to drink one more alllowing all this is the first step to be under alcohol control losing your basics skills.That's why I don't like to drink at all.
But why do they like it?.I think people like to drink alcoholics drinks because they can feel more freedom under its effects.Some times people do that just to have a good time,and some times because they try to forget their troubles but that is the worse choice to avoid the unhappiness because drinking alcohol brings more problems to your life.

MY JOB AND HOW I GOT IT

Hello!! today I want to tell you more about me I will tell you how I found my job.My job is the best experience I had gotten in my life.I work as a dentist's assistant in a dental office in OceanSide NY. I'm so glad I found this job because I had never had any experience working in this position before.

Now I will tell you the best part of all this.I got this job very easily I use to work as baby sitter for a detist his name is Dr. Mike.He has 4 daugters and now his wife is expecting the fifth daughter.So one day I was talking with Dr. Mike I told him I was looking for a job.Immediately he said you can work in my office as my assistant. Dentist's assistant??!! I exclaimed saying:"but Dr. Mike I cannot even speak English fluently,and I know NOTHING! about working as dentist assistant",but he continued saying do not worry about that you will do it,you will work as my dental assistant and I will teach you all you need to know to work as my assistant.Of course I accepted but oh God Iwas very nervous about facing that new step in my life but at the same time I was extremely happy because I think it's an interesting job and I knew I was going to learn many things.Today I do my job very well I have learned to work as a dentist's assistant
and Ilike it so much I love my job and In the future I want to become one of the best dentist.
